Job Summary:

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager to lead our Information Technology Division into a new era of growth and success. This crucial role is tailor-made for an individual with a strong background in selling consulting, staff augmentation, or professional services. With at least 2 years of sales or business development experience under your belt, you'll be the architect of our strategic expansion, identifying lucrative opportunities, crafting innovative solutions, and building enduring client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Growth: Conduct in-depth market research to unearth new business opportunities. Design and execute effective strategies to capitalize on these opportunities, thereby driving revenue and growth.

  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Forge and nurture robust relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and offering customized solutions that resonate with their business goals.

  • Sales Excellence: Meet and surpass sales targets by managing the business development pipeline efficiently. Employ your expertise in consulting and staff augmentation to address complex client demands with precision.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams such as R&D, marketing, and project management to ensure our offerings are aligned with market demands and client expectations.

  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and competitive dynamics. Share actionable insights with the leadership team to guide strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development, with a preference for backgrounds in consulting, staff augmentation, or professional services in the IT sector.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a flair for persuasive presentations and stakeholder engagement.

  • Strategic Acumen: Sharp analytical abilities and strategic thinking, capable of devising innovative solutions to complex challenges.
