Job Summary:
As our Recruitment Specialist, you'll be the linchpin in identifying and attracting the crème de la crème of professionals to our ranks. With a keen eye for talent and a passion for people, you'll not only fill openings but also help shape the future of our teams. You'll dive into the exciting world of recruiting for project management, consulting, and staff augmentation, using your expertise to match top-tier candidates with their dream roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Scouting: Proactively source, identify, and attract elite professionals with backgrounds in project management, consulting, and staff augmentation.
Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies that go beyond the traditional job posting, tapping into networks, social media, and other creative channels.
Candidate Experience: Champion a stellar candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring every candidate feels valued and engaged.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their unique needs, providing insights and guidance to ensure we attract the best fit for each role.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Amass at networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences, showcasing our culture and opportunities to potential candidates.
Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of market trends and best practices in recruitment, bringing fresh ideas and approaches to continually enhance our recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: At least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within project management, consulting, staff augmentation, or professional services.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about talent acquisition, with a knack for identifying the right channels and approaches to attract top talent.
Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: A collaborative spirit, eager to work as part of a dynamic HR team and contribute to wider company goals.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and recruitment priorities.
